What does the order status 'shipment started' mean?
1) For Trade Assurance exported via OneTouch:
Order status 'shipment started' means the seller has already started shipment but has not passed customs yet. Once customs passed, order status will change to 'shipped already' and waits for you to confirm receipt.
2) For Trade Assurance not exported via OneTouch:
Order status 'shipment started' means the seller has already started shipment but the system has not obtained the logistics information yet, and usually after 1-2 days (48h the longest) order status will change to 'shipped already' and waits for you confirm receipt.
