When will you ship my logistics order?

Once your logistics order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with your booking details. Your supplier will be contacted to confirm cargo details (dimensions, weight, volume, cargo ready date, etc) and accept your logistics order. Then, our service provider will book vessel space.

You can check this status by logging into My Alibaba, go to the "Services" tab and click on "Manage Logistics Orders ". Find the order you'd like to track, click "View logistics order", click "Cargo Tracking" to check the most up-to-date status of your order.
