First, your Supplier must confirm your order's cargo details (dimensions, weight, volume, cargo ready date, etc). Then, our service provider will book vessel space.

You can check this status by logging into My Alibaba, go to the "Services" tab and click on "Manage Logistics Orders ". Find the order you'd like to track, click "View logistics order", click "Cargo Tracking" to check the most up-to-date status of your order.
