What should I do after the logistics order submitted?

Once your logistics order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with your booking details. Your supplier will be contacted to confirm cargo details (dimensions, weight, volume, cargo ready date, etc) and accept your logistics order. The logistics provider you’ve chosen will also be notified when shipment is confirmed, and will ask you to finalize the following information and documentation depending on the details of your order.

- Consignee / Consignor / Delivery Address
- Commercial invoice / Packing List / Other (ie. MSDS)
- Power of Attorney

You can check this status by logging into My Alibaba, go to the "Services" tab and click on "Manage Logistics Orders ". Find the order you'd like to track, click "View Details” to check the most
up-to-date status of your order.
