For Trade Assurance order exported via Onetouch: supplier will use Alibaba.com’s affiliated company's trade export services (Onetouch) to export the goods, and therefore all data are retrieved directly from Customs and the data will likely be real and reliable.

For Trade Assurance order not exported via Onetouch: supplier needs to upload the shipment proof or link the logistics order to finish shipment. You could contact the logistics company after you got the tracking number to check.
