How do I extend the shipping date for my order?
If you and the supplier agreed upon a new shipping date, you can extend the shipping date before the order receipt is automatically confirmed by the system.
1. Go to Orders-All Orders to the order list page.
2. Find the order and click View More to the order details page.
3. Click “extend shipping date”. You and the supplier can both extend the shipping date for up to 15 days respectively. In total, the shipping date can be extended up to 30 days.
