Can I open a case if it has already been more than 30 days since I received my Trade Assurance order confirmation receipt?

A case must be opened within 30 days of receiving an order confirmation receipt.

However, under the following scenarios you will be able to open an offline case:

1) If you can provide evidence that shows it is still within 30 days of the products being received, and there is no option to open a case on your order details page, then the Alibaba.com resolution team will handle the case for you.

2) If the order is already outside of Trade Assurance protection, but the supplier has breached other agreements such as after-sales repairs or sending replacements, then you can also open an offline case and the Alibaba.com resolution team will provide their support.
