What if I don't complete my payment for logistic order?

When you book shipping through Alibaba.com Freight, you need to complete the payment for your logistics order to be confirmed. Before the payment is received, no transportation will be arranged for your goods.

Shipments and goods may also be delayed, detained, or withheld from release if customs duties are not paid in a timely manner and you may be liable for any costs and/or damages arising from delayed payment, including, but not limited to, storage charges. It is critical that you provide any needed documentation and payments in a timely manner to avoid charges. Failure to remit payment to the US customs authorities will result in the Importer of Record being blacklisted by the US authorities and penalties/fines. Blacklisted IORs are prevented from importing to the United States until payment is made in full for both duty and penalties/fine.
