What if I don't know the Origin Port?

You should confirm with your supplier on the closest origin port (or pick-up address/zip code) in relation to the production factory.

If your trade term is FOB, your supplier is responsible for transporting the goods to the agreed upon origin port.
If your trade term is EXW, you are responsible for transportation from origin factory to final destination. You should ask for that address or specific zip code.
