How could I check the reason for payment failure?

There are two methods for you to check the payment failure reason for your Trade Assurance order:

*Note: It is only applicable to online payment methods such like credit/debit card, online bank payment, online transfer, paylater.

Method 1: You could find the payment failure reason on payment result page after you making the payment as below:

Method 2: Go to My Alibaba-Order -All orders, find the order and click ”view more” to go to the order detail page, then click "Payment Records" to get specific information about payment failure.
