Why my communication record disappeared in Message Center?

Some inquiries are folded because of data migration. Please follow below methods to check historical communication record:

Method 1: If you have new messages with the supplier after 10th Oct., please find the inquiry card as below in current message record and click "View Chat Details" to check historical communication record.

Method 2: If you don't have new messages with the supplier after 10th Oct., please click " View Details" as below on the top of inquiry to check historical communication record.
