Why cannot I register on Alibaba.com?

Please go through possible reasons as below:
1. If you failed to receive the confirmation email, please click "Click here to resend the email" button as below:

2. If you don't have the company name, you could fill with your full name in the company name column.
3. If you got error message like "Please log in or register with a new email", that means your email address is already used by other account under Alibaba Group(such as AliExpress.com, taobao.com etc), you could use a new email to register on Alibaba.com or sign in with that Alibaba Group account and then activate the account on Alibaba.com.
4. If the page got stuck, please change a browser or clear browser cookies to retry.
