How do I submit my brand authorization document?

You cannot post brand products on Alibaba.com without authorization from brand owner.

If you have got the authorization, please submit your brand authorization document at My Alibaba - Company & Site - Edit Profile - Certification Center and choose "Trademarks"

Our relevant team will check the license you provided in 10 working days. Your patience would be appreciated.
Before getting approval, please don’t post brand product which may cause points deducted and account punishment.

If you lost points before getting approval, you can appeal by sending email to [email protected] and the relevant team will get back to you within 3 working day. ( The deducted points will be revised if you appeal successfully )

Information and documents needed when send email:
Brand authorization document
Company name
Member ID on Alibaba.com
Product category (eg.Apparel>Dresses>Prom Dresses).
(If there are many products need points revised please provide at least 3 product ID and your product reject time)

After uploading the document, please click “submit” at the bottom of the page. The process will be completed within 7 to 10 working days.

The documents saved without submitting cannot be verified.
