What can I do if my information was misused by other companies?

Please be advised that Alibaba.com takes the information privacy seriously. If your information has been misused by companies on Alibaba.com, please follow below steps to report them. Our security team is specialized in processing these complaints. 

1. Click the button "Report Suspicious Activity" on the product detail page or directly sign into Complaint Center.

2. Click 'File a Complaint' under "Unauthorized Use of Other companies' Information";

   3. Fill the form and submit the case to us.
