When paying via Online Bank Payment (Formerly known as e-Checking), if our security team detects security risk to your bank account, it needs you to upload VC (Void Cheque) to verify your identity. Please follow the instructions on the payment page to perform. After VC check pass, money will arrive at supplier's account in 4-5 working days for US checking accounts and 9-10 business days for SEPA accounts.
