How do I pay for my Trade Assurance order via T/T?
1. Go to ‘All Orders’ in My Alibaba, find the order and select ‘View More’ to reach the order details page.
2. Select ‘Send initial payment’ or ‘Pay the balance’ on the order details page to checkout.
4. Choose ‘Wire Transfer – T/T (International Wire Transfer or Domestic Wire Transfer)’, then select ‘View account information’ to check the beneficiary account. Please wire the order payment to the designated account via offline or online means.

Remark:
1) If you are paying via T/T, note that you will NOT be covered by Trade Assurance if you wire the money directly to the suppliers' private bank account. If you want to be protected by Trade Assurance, please make payment to the beneficiary Citibank account listed on the checkout page.
2) Payment will usually arrive in 3-7 working days for international transfers and 1-2 working days for domestic transfers.
3) Payment processing fee is mainly charged by the remittance and/or intermediary banks depending on the region and bank. Please check with your bank for more details.
4) Supported currencies for international transfers include USD, HKD, CNY, AUD, CAD, JYP, EUR, GBP, and SGD. We strongly recommend you to pay in USD as the supplier might reject your payment due to fluctuations in foreign currency exchange rates.
