Why funds be deducted from my account when payment failed?

Alibaba.com will not deduct any payment from your account if you paid with failure.

In case of any payment be deducted from your account, it might be with your paying bank and normally it will be returned within 2-4 business days (The time varies from different banks). You are suggested to check further with your paying bank.
