Who is eligible to apply for a Kabbage line of credit?

Small businesses with an Alibaba.com account can apply for a Kabbage line of credit under the Pay Later program. Businesses that have an existing Kabbage line of credit outside of the Pay Later program are not currently eligible for another line of credit under the Pay Later program. To qualify, you need to be in business at least one year, be a U.S. based company, and a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
