You can rate the quality of a quotation and provide feedback on how satisfied you were with the quotation you received. Simply go to the relevant RFQ in My Alibaba and follow these steps:

a) Find the RFQ you want to rate and click ‘View Quotation’:

b) Choose a certain quotation, and rate the quotation as it showed in the below picture. The score that the supplier received will affect the supplier's RFQ rights on Alibaba.com.
