Why can't I find my supplier on Alibaba.com?

If you can't find supplier you have previously done business with on Alibaba.com, possible reasons are as follow:
 - Their account was deactivated by themselves or by Alibaba.com due to some reasons;
 - Their Gold Supplier Membership expired

You may contact them with the contact information you've already had or check with Alibaba.com Customer Service for further information about them.
