What is Onsite Check?

Onsite Check is a verification process launched by Alibaba.com to check Gold Suppliers in China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan).
To find suppliers which have undergone an Onsite Check simply look for this icon:

Onsite Check means that:

• The supplier’s company premises have been checked by Alibaba.com’s staff to ensure onsite operations exist there.
\t
• A third-party verification company has confirmed the legal status of the supplier.
\t
• Confirmed (verified) information is displayed online

From September 2011, all of Alibaba.com's Gold suppliers in China must complete an Onsite Check.
