Why can't I see my recent searches under the search bar?

If you have searched for items on Alibaba.com, you can see your search history by putting your mouse cursor in the search bar. See screenshot below for reference:

However, if you deleted your recent search history, deleted the cookies in your browser or changed to another computer, you may not be able to find your recent searches.
