How can I register an account on Alibaba.com?

To register an account on Alibaba.com via laptop, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Login page, click Join Free to register an account.

2. Enter your email address, tick the Agreement and Next.

3. A confirmation email will be sent to your mailbox. Please click the link in the email and fill in all the required information. 

If you do not have a business, you can fill the “Company name” field with your name.

To register an account via Alibaba.com APP, you may  follow the steps below:

1. Click " Sign In or Register" under "My Alibaba" section:

2. Click 'Register'

3. Choose the country/ region you are in and enter all the required information.

4  If you do not own any company, you may choose I don't have a company’ and enter your business type instead.

You may submit the information after you fill in all the required field.
