What can I do if my account is stolen?

If you suspect your account was used by someone without consent, please follow below steps:

1, If you still can access to your account, please sign into the account to check if any information be changed, reset your password directly and click here to bind security phone number with your account to enhance account security.

2, If you cannot access to your account any more, please contact Alibaba.com Customer Service Team directly to get more support.

Note: 

If you suspect account had been stolen or phished, please inform all your partners/customers the issue and ask them do not make any payment to any account without your prior authorization. If payment has already been made, please ask them to notify the bank of the fraud and let the bank block the transfer immediately.
