How do I place a logistics order?

Once you have a Trade Assurance order ready, you can initiate a logistics order by using our quote tool to search for quotes and complete booking.

1. You can access our quote tool in the following 3 ways:
a. Visiting the Alibaba.com Freight page and click “Compare rates”

b.Log in to My Alibaba, click “Trade Services”, “Logistics Solutions”, and “Place Alibaba.com Freight Order Now”

c. On the product detail page, if you see Alibaba.com Freight, click “Compare rates”.

2. Enter the required search parameters into the quote tool, including load type, origin, destination, and goods ready date, and click “SEARCH & BOOK”.
3. Select the quote that works the best for you from one of our providers.

4. Enter your Trade Assurance order number to proceed to payment.
