How does the Production Monitoring Service work?

Step 1: Add the Production Monitoring & Inspection Service to your order using one of the following methods.

Method 1: Ask the supplier to select "add service" when they draft the Trade Assurance order.

Method 2: If the supplier didn't add the Production Monitoring & Inspection Service when drafting the Trade Assurance order, you can add the service by clicking "add service" before making the initial payment.

Method 3: Go to the order management page, find the draft Trade Assurance order, and under "value-added services" find "Production Monitoring & Inspection Services" and click "add service."

Method 4: Before shipment, go to the "order details" page, add the service, and pay for it separately.

Step 2: Complete the payment for your Production Monitoring & Inspection Service order.

Step 3: Your Production Monitoring & Inspection Service order is processed.

a) To check the status of your service, go to "my orders," find the order for which you purchased the service, and check the status under the "Production Monitoring & Inspection Service" section.

b) To manage your service, go to "my orders," find the order and click either "edit" or "deselect" next to the Production Monitoring & Inspection Service.

Step 4: Check the Production Monitoring & Inspection report.

The report is usually uploaded to your Trade Assurance order details page within one to two working days after the on-site check. Go to "my orders," find the order you need, and click "Production Monitoring Report" under the Production Monitoring service section.

Step 5: Leave feedback for your Production Monitoring & Inspection Service. Go to "my orders" and click "review" under the Production Monitoring Service section.
