How do I modify my Trade Assurance order?

If you wish to modify the Trade Assurance order, please contact your supplier and try to reach agreement first.
Whether the order can be modified depends on the order status.

1: For orders 'Waiting for supplier to confirm order':  You cannot modify directly. Please sign into All Orders, click Request modification,enter your request and wait for supplier to modify the order according to your request.

2: For orders 'Waiting for payment': You cannot modify directly. Please sign into All Orders, click Request modification,enter your request and wait for supplier to modify the order according to your request.

3. For orders in payment processing, it can not be modified until payment arrives. Please wait patiently for payment arrival.

4. For orders 'waiting for supplier to ship': You cannot modify directly. Please sign into All Orders, click Request modification,enter your request and wait for supplier to modify the order according to your request.

5. For orders 'Waiting for delivery confirmation': It can not be modified. But each party can 'Extend receiving time' once for 15 days. In total, the receiving time of one order can be extended for 30 days, the maximum.
