Why can't I find new messages when I received a notice saying I have new messages?

New messages not displaying as 'new' can be caused because of several reasons:

  1. You may have already deleted the message in Message Center before you received the notification email from Alibaba.com.

  2. The email notification may have been sent before My Alibaba was updated with your new message history.

  3. The message may have been sent to your other Alibaba.com account (if you have multiple Alibaba.com accounts). Please sign in and check Message Center.
