What can I do if I receive spam emails?

Scene 1: If the emails received are from suppliers with their personal/company email address, please block their email addresses directly at your emailbox. 

Scene 2: If the emails received are from Alibaba.com, go to "My Account-Email Services" to unsubscribe:

Turn off the button to unsubscribe the supplier's emails.

It takes about 24 hours to update your settings.
