Is Alibaba.com safe just seen the ad and think it looks quiet good but not sure any help.

I got scammed once, that was enough for me.
just want to add, those Chinese guys working on there do it for a living, im sure there's gonna be people like you and me there but yhe, from what I understand its probably best case scenario 20% hit 80% miss,there is a potential to lose everything if you get what im trying to say.
