Any one real on Alibaba.com?

Question

Has anyone ever bought anything from Alibaba.com that didn't turn out to be fraud?

I just bought a camera from Guiyang Yunyan Daotong Hardware Appliances Firm sent $110 plus cost me 7 to send the money and was told that it has been shipped the tracking number always came up at not found and when contacted they is no longer any response from them. Anyone ever actually pay them and got the item they paid for?

Don't even bother with the customer service number, a machine will just tell you to e-mail them which they will ignore. Trying to contact them to get back my $129 on an order I placed and I'm getting nowhere. I received an e-mail from Alibaba saying that I've paid for my order already and my debit card transaction history confirms this but on the site when I sign in they say that it's still processing. So not only did they take my money, but I have no way to get it back. I will NEVER use them again and I strongly urge other potential Alibaba customers to try something else.

I never heard of Alibaba.com, but frauds can happen anywhere once in a while.
