There a china wholesale company that sales all kinds of products. I noticed that they don't use pay-pal only western union,money gram is that safe?

Yahoo owns 40% of alibaba.com. They are not a wholesale company, but a shopping portal where anybody can sign up. While some of those vendors are legit, quite a few of them are not, and if you are not an experienced buyer, you may get scammed before you can count to 3. Please read these reviews by consumers which have had problems with alibaba.com in the past:
alibaba.com is a portal site of individual seller/companies a bit similar to eBay. But it's Business>Business (AKA B2B) whereas eBay is B2Consumer (B2C) or C2C.
You can not purchase anything FROM Alibaba (other then memberships). The problem with Alibaba is they don't have a detailed check if their members are legitimate companies, or offer legitimate goods. Even obvious scammers can get their Trustpass certificate.
You can find a company via Alibaba, but you need experience how to identify fraudulent suppliers.
