FAKE SONY ERICSSON ALIBABA SCAM?

i bought a phone on the internet from a shitty website called alibaba i actually asked for a apple lapop an got this phone instead i payed £350 and insted for the laptop i got this fake sony ericsson phone and the bank say is gone (i tried to report the incient but the seller and bank account are closed).. three months have passed and i dont know what to do with the phone can i sell i what should i do

well, first of all, why would you wanna sell the phone when you know it's a fake? coz let's say you did sell it to someone then the person who bought it found out that it's fake, now they're gonna go after you. so i don't think there's anything you could do now. and by the way, i've never heard of alibaba up until now. yeah so the next time you're gonna purchase something online, ebay will be your best option. i've never had any bad experience using ebay, that's where i purchased my HP laptop, and a lot of other stuff.
