anyone ever order anything from alibaba.com and receive it? is it a scam or does it really work?

- While I have had no experience with alibaba.com, I cannot imagine why anyone would name a website after "Ali Baba" of the Arabian Nights -- I associate Ali Baba with "Ali Baba and the 40 Thieves"
