I would assume you click the "CONTACT NOW" button next to the item you want to buy.
Personally, I wouldn't trust that site with two cents of my money. I'd rather pay a few dollars more and buy from a reputable site, where I know I'm going to get what I ordered, not some cheap imported knockoff that probably won't work or won't ever arrive.
