Keep an eye on a newly introduced auction site called DubLi. It is big in Europe and started in North America on October 4th. They sell reverse auction style. They haven't fully opened their doors to sellers yet, but keep watching them.

Better and similiar, yes.  As much traffic, no.  ubidz.com is one but I think they charge more fees.
