Is there a possibility that an Alibaba Gold Supplier may be inauthentic?

Question

This particular company has been a Gold Supplier for about 5 months and is located in China.

I basically just want to know if the "Gold Supplier" status can be obtained illegitimately, before I commit to this particular company.

be-careful with gold supplier because Alibaba check that it is a legal Company however they don't check the reputation of the company. do your homework before buying. tell the send you pictures of the real product and never send money via Western union or to a personal bank account. and start with a small orders, and ask for credentials
