Question

i want to buy something from this website but to be true, i am really afraid to be scammed. I am not sure if the will request payment via western union which i will refuse. What can you tell me about it? Thanks in advanced!

The company web site, has been registered to a UK address for 13 years: searchasia.co.uk

Alibaba is a massive marketplace for Chinese wholesalers and manufacturers, doing business with China may be best left for experts, I assume Search Asia is an import or manufacturer's agent, they do provide a UK address and phone# on the contact us page of their site, information often lacking form Chinese seller sites, as long as you are not looking for brand name products which are almost always counterfeits coming from China, you may be OK.

Western Union only does sound like something involving direct dealings with a China business, I would contact the company through their site and see if there are other payment options like more conventional purchase orders available, if it's more than a paper front for a Chinese company they should be able to accommodate you.

This is most likely a scam since it doesn't even have a domain, if they can afford to get desings they can afford to get a domain.
