i have the mcafee siteadvisor on my computer and the site itself is a "good website."
however, according to the customers there were
17 bad shopping complaints
9 people said the site spams
13 people complained of Adware, spyware, or viruses
17 people complained of Phishing or other scams
4 complained of Browser exploit
while 18 people had good experiences.
there are also about 75 reviews of the site and one recommended to read the thing on scams.
so...sorry i can't help a ton but it looks like there are a lot of scam artists on there but there are also some genuine people. it is a buyer beware type of thing.

edit: i def. agree w/ the above poster. i have read countless times (for other sites) never to accept any deals w/ people only accepting western union.
