Alibaba is not a supplier of anything. They are a "B2B" broker, in that they represent a number of suppliers, for vendors from around the world to buy goods from.
If you are a vendor, you need to order your product manufactured to the Australian formats/standards.

TV mainly for USA market is ATSC tuner and NTSC system also use AC 110 V 60 HZ. unless you confirm the TV able to support DVB-T / PAL system also use for AC 230 V 50 HZ.

Just on power for tv usa market use AC 110V/60Hz, and use ntsc system.
