I bought from a Chinese company on alibaba but haven't received my goods. What do I do?!!?

So this was my first time purchasing from a wholesaller and I sent my money via bank wire transfer from my bank but now I haven't heard from him (except that he did recieve my payment and that he was waiting for the products to get to him to send to me). It's obvious that I have been ripped off, but what can I do now to get my money back. I have contacted alibaba but I dont think that they can do anything and I'm going to my bank tomorrow.

Tough luck.  The bank cannot help you as the wire transfer has gone through.  You can ask alibaba if they have a way of getting your merchandise to you, but bottom line, wire transfers are not reversable or refundable.  I worked in a bank and dealt with Western Union, and that is how the scammers like to be paid, as there is no recourse for you.
