How trustworthy is alibaba.com?

But I'm still not sure.rnhttp://www.xcjgroup.com/index.htmlrnrnWhat do you think?rnrnI was thinking of placing a small order of maybe $200 or something to see if it is trustworthy or not.rnIs that a good idea?

Well believe it or not, Alibaba was majority owned by Yahoo until recently. Yahoo recently quit doing their Yahoo thing in China and Alibaba is taking over.

You will probably get your stuff, but like anything else from China, the quality is hit and miss. Too, you will have the time lag of having your stuff shipped from China and clearing customs. I have (and no longer do) in the past ordered some small electronics from China and the average delivery time was 2 weeks. Some packages, however, took longer than a month to arrive. You are talking mass quantities so I would expect you to wait even longer on the average.
