How do i contact Alibaba.com?

I'm not recieving any replys from any of the salers on alibaba.com and I need to contact them. I'm wondering if It is a problem with my account.

Pretty much every legitimate Web site has a "Contact Us" link on their front page. Alibaba is no exception:  http://www.alibaba.com/help/contact-us.html
