Alibaba is a supplier/manufacturer site. It is for huge quantities. This one says a min. order of 60 pieces. FOB is free on board - meaning you the shipper have to pay insurance, freight and custom duties for the 60 pieces.

Alibaba is NOT a site for individual item purchases. It is strictly B2B.
