Does anyone on Alibaba sell clothes to only one company?
For instance if I wanted to buy 100 dresses, is there a way that only I am allowed to sell them and no other company... so the item is exclusive to me. Hope this makes sense.

Vendors on Alibaba sell around the world to as many customers as they can find.
Your proposed order of 100 units is tiny by comparison to major retailers, who order 100,000+ units at a time. Only huge retailers are in a position to have their own design teams, trademark registrations, and exclusive lines.
