In general, don't trust these shady "direct-from-China" instruments. these may not necessarily be scams, but the quality of the instrument you'll be getting will be very disappointing.
Especially when it comes to acoustic guitars, a cheaply built instrument with no quality assurance can mean very short life span. I had a friend who got a nameless guitar from China out of curiosity. It was okay until the first winter came. It was so cheaply built that the neck twisted sideways, killing all notes below fourth fret, with the truss rod doing absolutely nothing.
I'm not saying that all no-brand guitars from China are this bad; what I AM saying is that, I wouldn't risk it.
