Alibaba itself is not a scam. It's just a directory. But there are plenty of scammers on there. Unless people report companies as scams, Alibaba has no way to know who is legit and who isn't

I don't know a single company anywhere in the world that accepts Western Union. Real business take credit cards or bank transfers

Hi rnrnI have used Alibaba in the past, but for bulk orders. You have to do your homework and check if the supplier your using is real or fake. For the most part I always start by asking them to send me a sample to see if the in fact can produce the product. Then, once it arrives I evaluate to see if its a high quality product or a cheap knock off. Then you can see if its worth your money and timernrnHowever, like I said do your homework about the supplier you plan to purchase from and ask plenty of questions before you commit to sending them your credit card number.rnrnCheers,rnrnHernan
